My name is Kimberly Young and I am the founder of Sea Angel Wellness. I am a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO practicing out of my loft condo in Riverside as well as Sweetgrass Spa.
My practice blends clinical massage therapy with intuitive presence and a deep respect for the mind-body connection. I offer personalized, trauma-informed care to women-identifying clients, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and restored.
I am also currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at AIM Academy of Integrative Medicine. I am currently working toward my full acupuncture liscence to support healing through eastern meets western based approach.
With over a decade of experience as a professional aerialist and a background in yoga and movement, I bring a unique sensitivity to the body’s rhythms and its need for strength, softness, and spaciousness. My treatments are designed to relieve pain, calm the nervous system, and bring you back into balance.
I am dedicated to creating a safe and therapeutic space for your healing journey regarding health and overall wellness. With a decade of experience in aerial silks and performing arts, it has lead me to intuitively understand the essentials of relaxation and recovery for an active body.
I am a graduate of Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy (2200 hour program) as well as completed a 300 hour training at International Medical Arts Institute, which allows me to use acupuncture as a modality under my RMT liscence (for orthopedic only). I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and infuse my sessions with exercise therapy, embodying my belief in the profound connection between movement and healing. My focus is on your unique aspirations and areas of concern as well as provide a safe and therapeutic space to foster transformation on both physical and spiritual levels.
My services include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki (Energy Healing), Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage and Cupping Therapy.
