Cupping therapy uses special cups creating a vacuum suction to decompress soft tissues. The cups gently stick to your skin and lift underlying soft tissue into the cup. Cupping helps reduce pain, decrease inflammation, improve circulation and induces relaxation and well-being. Sometimes circular marks are left on the skin after treatment, the are temporary, lasting a few days up to a week. Cupping may be used to release facial adhesions, promote mobility and range of motion, and reduce painful trigger points.
